The basics
What is FanReceipts?
FanReceipts is a creator analytics service. It turns the public figures from streaming sites, your own OnlyFans exports and your tracked links into a plain-English PDF report that shows who supports you, where else they spend, and what to try next.
Who is FanReceipts for?
It is for creators who stream on sites such as Chaturbate and Stripchat or sell subscriptions on OnlyFans, and for the managers and agencies who look after them. It is built for people who want their numbers explained rather than another dashboard.
How does FanReceipts work?
You create an account and confirm your email, then you set up your accounts: your usernames, how you stream, and optionally your OnlyFans exports and tracked links. When you create a report we put it together and email you the moment it is ready. Your first full report can take up to an hour to generate.
Do I have to give you my passwords?
No. Streaming sites need only your username. OnlyFans data comes from files you export yourself. Optional API tokens, such as a Chaturbate stats token, are stored encrypted and you can remove them at any time.
Is there a free report?
No, but you can read a complete example weekly report for a fictional creator on the example report page before you decide.
Prices and plans
Do I get an invoice, and can I add a tax number?
Yes. After every payment we email a numbered, branded invoice, and you can open and print any of them from your account. Managers, agencies and other businesses can add a business name, address, tax number and a purchase-order reference to their billing details, and they appear on every invoice.
Can a manager or agency sign up?
Yes. When you create an account you choose whether you are an individual creator, a manager or scout, or an agency, studio or management company. Managers and agencies add business billing details before paying, and creators keep ownership of their own reports.
How much does FanReceipts cost?
The monthly plan is $19 a month and includes a new report every week. A one-off report is $29, a Deep Dive covering your whole account history is $69, and the Team plan for managers and agencies is $49 a month. Adding OnlyFans data costs $10. Prices are in US dollars and you can cancel the plan at any time.
What is the difference between a one-off report and a Deep Dive?
A one-off report covers your latest week, with 30-day, 90-day and to-date views. A Deep Dive reads everything since your account began and tells the whole story: what worked, what faded, and a 90-day plan.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in the cases set out in the refund policy: ask within 7 days for the monthly plan or a one-off report, and within 14 days for an annual plan. Statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Do you have promo or referral codes?
Yes. A referral code from a scout or agent gives 10 percent off your first purchase, once per person. A promo code gives a one-time discount on your first payment. The two cannot be combined.
Your data and privacy
What data does FanReceipts keep?
We keep your finished reports and your account details, stored separately. The figures and files used to build a report are not kept once the report is made, and any uploaded file left over is removed within 48 hours at the latest.
Can I delete my reports or my account?
Yes, at any time from your dashboard. A deleted report is removed immediately, and making it again needs a new purchase or an active plan. Deleting your account removes your reports and account details immediately.
What happens to my reports if I stop paying?
You keep your account and every report already made. Creating a new report needs a current plan or a one-off purchase.
Who owns my reports?
You do. If a manager or agency has access, it is only with your agreement, and that access ends when you leave the agency or withdraw it. The reports stay yours.
Will anyone else see my report?
Only you, and anyone you choose to share it with, such as a manager. You control who has access and can remove them at any time.
Numbers and accuracy
Are the numbers my actual payout?
No. Streaming-site figures are public estimates and are labelled that way in every report. They are not payout statements, and they are not financial, tax or legal advice. Patterns we describe, such as a link between a post and viewers, are observations, not proof of cause.
Where do the numbers come from?
From three places: figures that are publicly available online, files you give us such as OnlyFans exports, and the clicks on tracked links you create. The methodology page explains each one and its limits.
What are tracked links?
A tracked link is a short FanReceipts address you put in your Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X or Telegram bio or posts. It sends fans to your stream or OnlyFans page and records when someone clicks, so the report can show which posts bring fans in. We do not store visitors’ IP addresses.
Does it work if I am on more than one site?
Yes, that is the point. FanReceipts lines up your streams, subscription income and social posts on one timeline so you can see what drives what.
Is FanReceipts affiliated with Chaturbate, Stripchat or OnlyFans?
No. FanReceipts is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any platform named on this site. Their names belong to their owners.
