Terms of Service

These terms set out how you may use FanReceipts. Please read them before you create an account or buy a report.

1. Who we are and what this covers

"FanReceipts", "we" and "us" operate the website and reports described here (the "Service"). These terms apply when you reserve a place, create an account, buy a report or use the Service. [Company name and registered address to be confirmed.]

2. Who can use it

You choose an account type when you sign up: individual creator, manager or scout, or agency, studio or management company. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. The Service is for creators, and the managers and agencies who support them. You must not use it if it is unlawful where you live.

3. The Service

FanReceipts is a data-analytics service. It produces reports from figures that are publicly available online, from data you give us, and from accounts you choose to connect. Reports are generated on request or, on the monthly plan, weekly. Your first full report can take up to an hour to generate. Streaming figures are public estimates. They are not payout statements, financial, tax or legal advice, and not a promise of any result. Patterns we describe (for example, a link between a social post and viewers) are observations, not proof of cause.

4. Your account

Keep your login details secure and tell us if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity under your account. Give accurate information. Do not share your account except through the sharing features we provide (for example, with a manager you invite).

5. Plans, prices and payment

• Subscription lapses: if a plan ends or is cancelled you keep your account and every report already made. Making a new report needs a current plan or a one-off purchase.
• Monthly plan: a subscription billed monthly (or annually if you choose) that renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
• Invoices: after every payment we email a numbered invoice to the address on your account, or to the invoice address you give us. Managers, agencies and other businesses can add a business name, address and tax number to their billing details so the invoice carries them. You are responsible for the accuracy of those details.
• One-off report and Deep Dive: single purchases of a report, delivered once.
• Add-ons: for example, including OnlyFans data, are priced as shown at checkout.
• Prices are in US dollars and may exclude taxes. We may change prices for future periods with notice. Payments are handled by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details.
• Promo codes are subject to their stated conditions and may be withdrawn or limited.

7. Connected accounts and files you provide

You may add handles, connect social accounts through each platform's own permission screen, and attach files such as OnlyFans CSV exports. You confirm you are entitled to use and share that data with us. We use it only to produce your reports and run the Service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Chaturbate, Stripchat, OnlyFans, Instagram, TikTok, X or any other platform; their names belong to their owners. You remain responsible for following each platform's own rules.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to harass, stalk, dox or target any person, including fans or other creators.
• Do not attempt to access data you are not entitled to, probe or disrupt the Service, or scrape or resell our reports.
• Do not upload unlawful content or content you have no right to share, and never anything involving anyone under 18.

We may suspend or end access for breaches of these terms.

9. Fan information in reports

Reports may mention fan usernames and spending patterns drawn from public information and your own data. Use that information responsibly and lawfully. It is provided to help you run your business, not to identify or contact people outside the platforms where they interact with you.

10. Our content and your content

We own the Service, its design and the report format. You keep your data. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the reports we generate for you for your own business purposes, including sharing them with your manager or agency.

10a. Your reports and your data

The reports made for you belong to you. We keep them in your account until you delete them. We do not keep the figures, exports or files used to build a report once it is finished; only the finished report and your account details are stored. If you delete a report it is removed immediately, and making it again requires a new purchase or an active plan. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard; your reports and account details are then removed immediately. If you stop paying, your reports stay available to you.

10b. Agencies and managers

An agency or manager can be given access to a creator’s reports only with the creator’s agreement. The creator owns the reports. Agency access ends when the creator leaves the agency or withdraws it, and the agency then loses access to those reports. If an agency holds the licence for a creator and the creator leaves, the creator has 3 days from leaving to start their own subscription so there is no break in service.

11. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We aim for accuracy, but we rely on public data that can be incomplete, delayed or wrong, and we do not guarantee it.

12. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost income, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end the Service or your access, with notice where reasonable. On account closure we delete your reports and account details immediately, as described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
