Example weekly report

What a week looks like.
This is a complete weekly report for a fictional creator. The names and numbers are made up; the layout, the questions it answers and the advice are what you would get. Page 2 says what worked, what didn’t and what to do next.
What a weekly report covers
- Your week in numbers. Income, viewers and followers against your last weeks, with 30-day, 90-day and to-date views.
- Who pays. Your top supporters, how much of your income rests on them, and how loyal each one is.
- Where else they spend. Which other rooms your top fans tip in, so you know the competition for their attention.
- What works nearby. Goals, tip-menu price points, hashtags and subject lines that are working in rooms like yours.
- OnlyFans, blended in. New subscribers, renewals, sales and messages lined up against your stream days.
- Fan behaviour. How new fans become buyers, how long it takes, and how many come back.
- Consistency. Streaming gaps, stream length and start time, and what each does to your income.
- When to stream. A heat map of the hours you stream against the hours your rivals stream, with the best open window.
- Tracked links. Which Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, X or Telegram posts sent fans to your stream or OnlyFans.
- A coach’s note on every page. Plain-English advice on what to try next.
